Dark tones
Having a few weeks off of blogging due to a horrendous cold, has been kind of a booster for me to get this blog back on the road again. I've actually started a photography course in order to provide you with better outfit shots, and have plans of paying the damn upgrade fee of Imageshack, so the pictures will load a bit faster. The things I do for this blog and for you guys...It's all for the best, I'm sure.
This blackalicious (or business goth, as Ranna put it) outfit is from Saturday, when we celebrated my boyfriend's b-day over some Mexican food and visited the Design on Tampere's design market. In the evening there was an actual b-day party itself, but unfortunately it was too dark (and too much fun) to take any outfit pictures of my dress. A perfectly valid reason to wear the same outfit again sometime, haha.

just out of curiosity, and if you don't mind me asking, why is your bra white and not black? it just seems to me that you are always so careful about making your outfits cohesive, and the white bra looks, well, wrong.

Anonymous: Kiitos kovasti. :) On joo! :D Tää on yhtä tappelua joka aamu näiden kanssa, mutta onneksi on kaiken maailman tökötit keksitty. :) Olen käynyt yleensä Lempäälässä yhdellä pienellä kotiparturilla, joka velottaa ihan murto-osan siitä mitä Tampereen parturit ottaisi vastaavasta työstä. Joskus myös itse trimmailen otsista, jos se kasvaa yli. :D Suomessa ei oikein osata hallita kiharien hiuksten leukkausta (tai paksujen), koska suurimmalla osalla kansasta on sellaiset ohuet ja suorat hiukset. Ajattelin ehkä ottaa pidennykset jossakin vaiheessa syksyä, nyt kokeilussa klipsilä kiinnitettävät sellaiset (mm. tässä kuvassa). :)
Aivan mielettömän hieno asu, love it !!
Anonymous/a frequent reader of mine: The bra I'm wearing is actually beige (close to my skin tone) but the over exposed lighting (so that details would show more) made the shirt appear more see through and the bra lighter than it actually is. In real life it does not shine through at all, it looks more as if I was wearing no bra. ;) You are right, I'm very careful about things like this but in fact a black bra would be even more visible through this shirt, so I chose the beige one (also, the bra straps won't be as visible near the lace part). :)

Voi, olet kyllä tyylikkyyden huipentuma. Tälläistä enemmän Suomeen.
Omasta mielestäni täydellisen asun pilaa nahkatakki, joka toki on itsessään hieno, mutta ei vain toimi. Kyllähän se kontrastia ja mielenkiintoisuutta tuo, mutta vie myös asulta jotain pois. Wedget on hienot myös, mutta olisi ehkä jotkut platformit vieläkin iskevämmät.

Anonymous: Oi, kiitos! :) Puolutukseni sanon tuohon, että mulla ei valitettavasti ole muita syystakkeja, jotka olisivat sopineet paremmin tuohon asuun. Tuosta takkilookista puuttui kaulahuivi + mun takki oli kiinni, joten se näytti hieman eriltä livenä. Takki ja housut combo toimii itseasiassa erinomaisesti, mutta toi kuvakulma (kuva otettu aika alhaalta) antaa tosi hassun perspektiivin, saaden tuon takin näyttämään lyhyemmältä kuin se oikeasti on. Mulla on ollut aikaisemmin platformit noiden housujen kanssa, joten ajattelin tällä kertaa kokeilla jotain hieman erilaista. ;)
